An expert in Supply Chain and Business Process Management, she has worked with numerous senior executives to help them make informed decisions, formulate those decisions to actions, and achieve the continuous success they desired.   

Aretha is committed to helping companies develop sound supply chain management strategies and solutions that will increase efficiency, build strong supplier partnerships, and achieve marketplace competition. 

Her prior leadership roles include serving as the Chief of Material, at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Division of the Strategic National Stockpile, managing the logistical operations of a broad spectrum of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and equipment, as well as vaccines valued at over $5B.

In addition, Aretha served as the Director of Logistics, at the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing oversight to logistics initiatives throughout the agency. Earlier in her career, Aretha served as a Logistics and Contracting Officer in the United States Army where she performed various duties related to supply chain and contract management. 

Aretha will complete her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership program at Argosy University in 2017.
